How Do I Maintain My Jewelry?

Our pieces are durable, but you should still take proper care of your jewelry.

To keep your gold bonded, 925 Silver, and Moissanite jewelry looking its best, follow these care tips:

  1. Regular Cleaning: Gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth to remove any dirt or oils.
  2. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia.
  3. Proper Storage: Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or a lined jewelry box to prevent scratches.
  4. Occasional Polishing: Use a silver polishing cloth to maintain the shine of your 925 Silver pieces.
What Should I Do If My Jewelry Breaks Or Gets Damaged?

Our pieces are extremely durable, but if your jewelry damages within 180 days of purchase, we’ll send you a replacement, free of charge. (We’ll first have you send the damaged piece back, we’ll pay for return shipping costs, then we will ship your replacement).

Email us at support@getfrozen.com to submit a claim, we will respond within 24 hours and make it right!

If for any reason we no longer have the item in stock, you can exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

After 180 days, we may charge a 10% fee to replace the broken item.

Covered damages include:

  • Breakages, like a broken link
  • Clasp issue
